Outdoor stairs/Staircase entrance bungalow

Quite a few questions have popped up here. What is really interesting is what the building permit states... to what extent something was drawn in there... What now has to be newly applied for afterwards. Ultimately, it will be cheapest and most practical if the entrance is used for the upper platform. However, where the stairs could lead without becoming an eyesore, I do not know. The proposal from @wilder Süden might possibly not be approved because it is too large and extends too far outside the building envelope?! Regarding the country house style: I don't find it that extreme... metal as stairs also suits the house.

I am also waiting for explanations and especially how the entrance looks inside the basement, how the interior stairs run - and of course how it was planned. At the moment it looks like "we plan a bungalow, then somehow a basement underneath, then an auxiliary apartment somewhere. Then oops, we forgot the entrance upstairs, so we just put a door in. Then again oops - how do we get to the door? How do you want to get into the basement in the future? From the outside through the then again auxiliary apartment front door? The approach is an absolute mystery to me...

That it was built like that without any comment... At least there's still a door here at ground level. There was someone who built it so high and the only entrance was then hanging in the air...

I thought of him too. I don't find a basement here either, but a lower ground floor and have to wonder that the floating entrance door was approved or built by the builder without a drawing with stairs.

there are so many unanswered questions here. Do you need help or not? As I said, providing plans is helpful. How else is one supposed to make a draft?
