The hallways are way too big or take up too much space. But that is a matter of taste.

We also played around with a lot of ideas at the beginning. But that doesn't help at all. Our architect then whipped up something nice for us.

Then we made changes and in 2 weeks there will be a new implementation. Super pleasant when the architect is good :)

Let's see if I post our plans sometime. We are close to our ideal concept but want to have the staircase moved, so the layout of the upper floor will change too much to make it worthwhile to get opinions on it now :)

Much has already been said. Here comes more:

-Access to the shower is too narrow.
-The bathtub in original size also didn’t fit, so it probably had to shrink.
-The wardrobe in the children’s room can only be opened from the bed, if at all.
-Should the storage space on the ground floor be a pantry or the utility room? Too big for a pantry and in the wrong place for a utility room.
-Dressing room difficult to furnish (if it can be used at all due to the sloping roof).

But the staircase is the be-all and end-all. That’s where the floor plan falls apart for the first time.

The choice of knee wall is already flawed! If you plan it yourself, then please at least with some researched knowledge!

The OP doesn’t seem to hang around here anymore anyway, so what’s the point ... :( ...we’re groping around in the dark...
