After you have used this floor plan as a starting point, wouldn’t it perhaps make sense to tailor this floor plan to your needs so that it works optimally for your family, completely independent of terms like villa or similar. What is important is that you observe the building regulations and receive an individual floor plan; for the exterior, such as the roof etc., there are plenty of stylish design options within existing specifications. I get the impression that you want to fit something into a fixed framework and that perhaps some things are lost just to do justice to the exterior.

Nice. But hopefully you can also see there the reason for the "special" position of the staircase in the DG that you left out. Unfortunately, I don’t see in the drawings at the link which stairwell dimensions this design would work with. Therefore, I remain skeptical that you could get past the staircase well with functional stair dimensions in your derivative design.

So, we are planning completely anew (staircase no longer in the way), without using an existing floor plan as a basis. I’m putting this back here, I liked the feedback.
