So at least I found something that resembles the design shown here, but then we are talking about a floor area of 11 x 10.5 m² plus an extension on each side the size of a single garage. One of them then takes up the entire kitchen, for example, the other significantly enlarges the office. If you leave both out - and also add a guest room - it starts to pinch in several places.

I found that one last night in the floor plan image search as well – but somehow not on the provider's website, and thus without dimensions or anything like that :-( But I hope for the wallet of the original poster to just get inspiration from it anyway.
Yes, there are no dimensions shown in the drawing, but for the design, the base area (?) is given as 11.05 m x 10.48 m. Including the converted attic (nice studio), it then totals 257 m². As for the price, I have not found any information - but I also did not search for it. Is this Arge Haus Berlin rather expensive? Or were you referring to the features shown in the original?
