...that the depicted furniture makes no statement about the actual furnishing later carried out.
Then large parts of the planning are pointless.
In planning, the intended furniture must always be taken into account; otherwise sightlines are incorrect (seating furniture) and functionality (other furniture) cannot be ensured or be efficient.
Isn't it always/mostly the case that you enter a house and then pass by wardrobe cabinets etc. into the living rooms?
Yes, for example in house "Aalglatt 125". However, the price tag of the house in this topic will show triple the price, so one may also expect an adequate planning service.
Regarding the kitchen: ...
The kitchen is dysfunctional and embarrassing. To crown it, a screen was placed in the sightline of the person working at the kitchen island. The arrangement of stovetop and sink also speaks volumes.
Concerning the changes in the floor plan:
Ground floor:
- Widening in front of the entrance is good, entrance situation still well below average, living room still uncomfortable.
Upper floor:
- Parents’ area: botched, one bedroom as a walk-through room to dressing room and bathroom is below average.
I believe that communication with your planner either does not work or spontaneous lack of ideas has broken out.
