I was thinking of a hip roof. Alternatively, a kind of flat roof with a 6 percent slope. I’ll send a picture tomorrow. That also seems to me to be a fairly cost-effective solution.

Unfortunately, more than 2 residential units are not possible on one property in this development area.

why is that not possible with the windows?

I wrote that. You have to read up on the details yourself.

Good morning, here as announced two pictures of the house as I imagine it. Either with a hipped roof or with the roof implemented as shown in the pictures. I imagine the second variant to be relatively inexpensive. However, the appearance is not necessarily to my liking. Inside, however, very nice, as the ceilings are very high.

For the construction as shown in the pictures, the windows were implemented exactly as in my planning.

If you are not allowed to plan another residential unit in the attic, you should choose this roof. I am surprised that the windows facing the courtyard are permitted like this. I would also have concerns regarding fire protection.

Purely aesthetically, I find it hideous, but that's a matter of taste. If the roof pitch were exactly the opposite, it might create more of a picture. I find it a shame that private garden space is lost on the outside due to the entrances; can't they be oriented toward the street?

Not a bad idea with the entrance. He certainly designed it this way because a carport is still to be built on both the left and right. In fact, I have already considered changing this situation. Why create two large parking spaces including driveways when a double parking space with one driveway in front of the house can also be made.

If you rotate the flat roof, the space in the middle could be used as a small attic. But of course, that would cause additional costs.
