Opinions on single-family house floor plan desired

How large is the building area exactly? So how wide is the plot? And how deep can the house be?

I would probably plan something along these lines.... Just very roughly...

Thank you already for your feedback. The roof terrace will probably be dropped from the planning since we want to build the garage on the boundary. The plot is about 22.50 m wide and 23 m deep. The fact that it faces north is indeed a good point; we will have to think about it intensively. Currently, we live with a terrace on the south side, and with the summer temperatures, it is unbearable on the terrace, and sometimes we prefer to stay inside... It would be great if you could post your floor plan with a north-facing terrace here Kisska :)
