The access to the rooms on the ground floor through a corridor will not be quite easy here. I always find it odd when the square meters of the garage are similar to the floor area of the house. One should take this as an opportunity to honestly question one's needs :)
I love large garages and understand the desire for a double garage. ;) And in the house, you have more space because it is also on two levels.
I also wanted to point out the sketch from kbt. I didn't find it bad, although I also like my idea listed there with a straight staircase and layout downstairs and upstairs. :)
I agree with here. Besides, having a large garage actually frees up space inside the house. That way, the house doesn't have to be as big. Why create expensive storage space inside the house that you also have to heat, when you can get the storage space cheaply in the garage?
