• What is the non-accessible section next to the staircase on the upper floor for? There remains a maximum of 30-40 cm depending on the staircase width. An absolute dust corner and difficult to clean.
• We also have a 1/4 turn staircase and it is 388 cm long?! And since your entry step cannot extend very far out because of the front door, the staircase could become quite steep - if it even works at all.
• Move the garage for a second window in the kitchen.
• I understand that you want the large wardrobe. But please consider that only one person can be in your hallway at a time. That means if four people want to leave the house together, it will take a long time because no one can get to their things. Better to take a closed staircase and install shoe cabinets underneath. A niche in the guest room wall can then be used for the jackets. That way you have much more space and everyone can get to their things without any problems.
• One more thing about the children's rooms on the upper floor. It is always better to have space for the wardrobe behind the door. Otherwise, position the windows a bit more centrally on the right and left so that the wardrobe can be placed on this wall (towards the dressing room and the bathroom).
Best regards
