We were offered LWWP Alpha Innotec for 156 sqm underfloor heating + complete installation without sanitary fixtures = 32,000,- We took it out and will provide it ourselves + support with a "better" Weishaupt system as well as additionally 2x wall heating (2 bathrooms) for about 26,000,-

Gas boiler and additionally freestanding storage tank, 190 sqm underfloor heating, sanitary piping and standard items (listing additionally) for a large bathroom including shower/bathtub and a small bathroom including shower. Additionally some small stuff (kitchen, 2 outdoor water taps, towel radiator, filter, pressure reducer, flush-mounted elements, ...) and also a complete central controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery for the aforementioned 190 sqm.
