Offer for heating / sanitary / ventilation - is it realistic?

Hello everyone,

a quick update from me:
After several offers in the area of 60 or 60+ thousand euros, I ultimately awarded the contract for heating / sanitary / ventilation for 43.5 thousand euros (Viessmann LWWP, Zehnder ventilation).

So searching and requesting offers is worth it. You can't even purchase the sanitary items on the internet cheaply enough to make up the difference.

I would always be very cautious when someone deviates so much. But the German Michl is simply committed to the motto [Geiz ist cool]. The craftsman also has to buy materials, pay employees, and still earn a few euros. For almost 20,000!!! Less than the competition?

Something is wrong...

Ikea Godmorgän (really good and cheap)

Anyone who calls cheap foil fronts really good or even just good has no idea about furniture. Especially in the bathroom, that is completely stupid.

I personally had the feeling that the requested heating engineers were more than just busy. They probably thought: I actually don't need any more jobs - but if the customer pays amount x then I'll do it.

My heating engineer is a local, well-known company. So I wouldn't know what I did wrong.

Btw: I'll leave the German Michl uncommented now. It would probably be more the Bavarian Sepp...

And the local company is not well utilized, especially with prices at 30%!!! Under competition? I’m just saying, find the error.

One could almost think someone is jealous...

And now please, end of discussion! Doubting me or my contracted company unfortunately doesn’t help anyone.
