Offer comparisons - reference values, experiences?

A few details about the house: 240 sqm, built solidly with a basement 2 bathrooms + sanitary connections in the basement - guest bathroom 8 sqm - master bathroom 19.7 sqm - basement 8 sqm but the equipment for it will be bought from the hardware store

The equipment is "normal" I would say. Mostly Vigour ceramics, built-in fittings in both bathrooms from Grohe, we could save another 1500 on the washbasin (if we can freely choose another one and do without the mirrored cabinet which was more or less just a compromise anyway).

What surprises me most is that your architect was so far off (50%).

So we are building 180m² without a basement and our architect noted just under 53,000 in the cost estimate.

Now we have obtained 2 offers and come to 46,000 once without bathroom furniture and 80,000 once with complete bathroom equipment

So for the region, I don't find that expensive. We have similar areas and I come to about 50k with heating brine heat pump and sanitary rough installation without fixtures.
