What kind of exterior facade will that be? Is there already an offer for it? 18,000 euros are in my opinion too little for the size of the house.

Yes, we are building 240 sqm plus basement. Because we have 3 children and are currently expecting twins.

Yes, that was far too little. The offer is at 25,800€, which I think is okay. It is a normal plastered and painted exterior façade, so no brick.

How is it looking with you regarding an additional charge for development costs? For us, the waste disposal company (sewage) wanted several thousand euros in addition to the costs for the connection to the network (i.e. about 10 m of pipe on the property) for the availability of the system; the exact amount is based on the size of the house (partial payment based on the size of the property was already completed).

For when is the execution planned? I have someone who works in the Rhine-Main area, and you could contact him. However, he would first have to perform the work for us in May. According to the architect, he was always at the top in the last tenders and does good work.
