They can become quite expensive. We calculate around €1000 to €1200 per piece for our two concealed fittings. Material only, mind you. That does not include a bathtub, a shower (preparation for barrier-free shower) or shower enclosure, etc. Much has already been clarified regarding the rest. For electricity, telephone, and water/sewage, we had to pay around €8000.

What kind of exterior facade will that be? Is there already an offer for it? 18,000 euros are in my opinion too little for the size of the house.

Yes, we are building 240 sqm plus basement. Because we have 3 children and are currently expecting twins.

In the meantime, we have another offer for gas, heating and sanitary and are at 57k with underfloor heating, gas condensing boiler + solar.

Yes, that was far too little. The offer is at 25,800€, which I think is okay. It is a normal plastered and painted exterior façade, so no brick.

How is it looking with you regarding an additional charge for development costs? For us, the waste disposal company (sewage) wanted several thousand euros in addition to the costs for the connection to the network (i.e. about 10 m of pipe on the property) for the availability of the system; the exact amount is based on the size of the house (partial payment based on the size of the property was already completed).
