Installed in the ground in front of the wall and carefully aligned, you can illuminate the wall and the roof overhang without having too much stray light, yet still achieve enough reflection to see where you’re walking at night. You then only need electricity outside, which should be feasible. The rest are underground cables laid close to the house.
