Hello, thanks already for the many answers:
regarding swapping the kitchen and living room:
we had that in a previous draft as well. But we had the problem that we couldn’t sensibly place the terrace door (we basically want the kitchen just as it is)
I know some acquaintances who also walk from the terrace through the living room into the kitchen and I don't find that so bad. I agree with you about the shopping.
regarding the pantry: we want it like that
regarding the wardrobe corner: yes, that will probably be dark. I don’t know if a planned glass front door can help there.
regarding the mini bay window in the north: it’s there so my wife can have “her” podium staircase according to our planner the extra costs should be almost irrelevant.
regarding the corridor between the children's rooms:
it has the purpose of letting more light into the hallway and secondly, to be able to ventilate “crosswise” in summer (from the hallway through the window in the bedroom)
regarding the interior WC: yes, I don’t like it that much either, but I can live with it.
regarding the bathroom: I just noticed that the shower behind the wall of the bathtub is not drawn in. Good: it’s big, but what would you do differently?
The 400k is supposed to be pure construction costs.
