The door to the utility room works without any problems. The door to the pantry will also be changed - we will go from the hallway to the pantry and not through the kitchen unit. In addition, the pantry will be about 15cm wider. The second door to the garage is intentional. I don’t want to have to go outside the house every time I go into the garage in the evening or at night. The 15cm step is also intentional - this way leaves and dirt tend to stay in the garage (this was also recommended by the architect). We are aware that the bedroom is narrow; we manage perfectly well with the same dimensions in our current apartment.

I would also leave it out, the path through the front door is not long and nicer and the space in the cloakroom is valuable. See if you can fit a large closet in there?!

That sounds somehow absurd. What are you doing in the garage at night? Do you fly out of the house right away during a marital dispute?
The door is really nonsense. But that’s not a huge problem. If you notice it, you can simply put the cupboard in front of the door.

Overall an improvement and also a budget gain due to the reduction.
I would keep the access to the pantry through the kitchen, and like this:

Otherwise it would be quite a run every time you need a potato or onion.

I also find the bedroom too narrow like this. I would turn the bed, do without the floor-to-ceiling windows, and place a sideboard under the window instead of the cupboard in the middle of the room. But I guess the windows are more important to you and you prefer to squeeze along the wall.

The lines to the technical room will unfortunately also have the maximum length like this, right?
Also a pity that the east view is a bit crooked, but okay, that’s bearable.

In my opinion, the potential for a dream house is mainly missing on the ground floor, but if you like it that way, why not?

If you like your draft like that, then build it that way. I simply do not like the entrance under the stairs to the utility room at all. Especially because you have to go in there often since it is your only storage space. I rather see a door with an angled corner, and I do not think going under the stairs is great either.

@ The idea with the pantry is nice, but with your suggestion I get too few tall cabinets into the wall. Planned here is a side-by-side refrigerator, a tall cabinet for the oven and at least one pantry cabinet (my wife wants that). Unfortunately, that wouldn't fit like this. The floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom should stay as is, otherwise it would ruin the whole south-facing look. Maybe a bit can still be taken from the office. We are aware of the east-facing view, but it couldn't be done any other way. Besides, this view is not visible and therefore negligible. What do you mean by long cables to the technical room? Don't I always have those? I can hardly plan the technical room in the middle of the house.
