In our case even price-neutral, you just set several screed heights. It's actually not that complicated ...

Hi,

this here:

you can't be serious, right? What reason do they have to charge for that? The screed surfaces of the different rooms are separated anyway. (or at least they should be) There’s no extra effort at all to install 8 mm more in one room than in another....

Tip for such greedy builders: get yourself a leveling device (costs around €150 as a complete set and is especially worth it for garden landscaping) and some straightedges and measure the finished screed afterwards. And if it’s even slightly out of standard anywhere (and it definitely is) you just deduct the 800 euros straight from the bill.

Some things...

Best regards,

Andreas

It is customary, however, that the construction companies charge well for different heights. After all, someone has to do the calculations and keep an eye on things.

In brief, regards

For this, I have everything from a single source and don't have to worry about anything. The house will be completely finished, including [Außenanlagen], and handed over in a few weeks. My inspector regularly comes by and measures everything. I am abroad for half of the construction time and have no time for regular visits. Therefore, I would rather pay a small amount here and there that may possibly not be fully appropriate.

Hello,

They always have to pay attention to the altitude level, no matter what the specification is.
And if someone charges me an hourly rate of €9600/h (!!!!!!!!!!) for calculating 2-3 different altitude values (which shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes even with the utmost care and triple-checking), one should definitely check the result...

Best regards,

Andreas
