I’ve also had experience with Wi-Fi issues with many customers (regardless of whether it was a stud wall or a solid house)

your question about the price: I would roughly budget €8,000-10,000 (complete including devices, maybe even electric shutters with a timer)

if you have the whole specification, post it here (yes, a lot of work), but then it can at least be evaluated more precisely
with your information, it can only be done on a flat-rate basis :-)

best regards

Hello,

What do you understand by standard?

For my part, I always budget for a KFW 70 building, solidly built with mineral masonry. At this point, I don’t give much thought to sanitary facilities, tiles, or interior doors, because there is such a wide variety in these trades that it cannot be considered in advance. Therefore: basic equipment overall of medium standard. Tile material price €30.00/sqm, interior doors Prüm, and sanitary fixtures from brand manufacturers like V & B or Keramag; not the most expensive, but certainly not the cheapest material. What matters most to me in the cost estimate is that the single-family house is still habitable in 10 years without huge renovation expenses.

And you?

Maybe for the pure shell without exterior plaster

As described above, that’s roughly correct.

If you buy and install them yourself, that may be accurate. For a turnkey service, at most with one front door at an installation value of €1,200.00 and windows with a Ug value beyond good and evil.

That probably doesn’t include a leveling coat.

Modern condensing technology costs more.

If you execute these trades yourself, yes, otherwise it costs significantly more.

My predecessor already wrote about that.

Then it would be logical for you to sign your work contract via the internet, right?

Rhineland regards

Hello building expert

it would be nice if you would introduce a thank you function in the forum.

Hello,

I have no influence on that, but I am sure the admin will read it and comment on your suggestion :D

Rhenish greetings

So I conclude from all the threads and "tips" that a new construction project within our budget or well under 350 - 400 TEUR is almost impossible. Accordingly, hardly any family with an average income of about 3000 - 3500 net, like us, could afford such a project, as the monthly burden would take up more than half of the total income unless you bring 30-50 percent equity. And which average family has that?

Sorry, I really can't understand that this is supposed to be the standard, because our circle of friends and acquaintances, where some building and purchasing projects have already been realized, as well as generally current new development areas in our region where mostly young, middle-class families are building, tell a different story.

Or a very, very large percentage of the new buildings are cheap houses that are shabby after 10 years and only used the cheapest materials...

it's not impossible but

you definitely either have a lot of work on the building, or a house that is not 100% state of the art

what you must not forget at the moment: interest rates are low and many people with lower incomes can get loans (the bank doesn't care if the customer still has a remaining debt of €200K after 20 years, or how he will pay it off)
so many people are building, guess how many of them will have problems with their financing in 20 years (or in 10 years with the respective fixed interest period) because the interest rate is no longer that low

if some building and purchase projects have already been realized in your circle of friends and acquaintances, then look at the houses and talk to them about the financing (I do this too with my little sister who bought an old building)

best regards
