Planned is:
9000 m² plot (is purchased)
approx. 165-190 m² living area
approx. 80 m² single garage
Heat pump with underfloor, ceiling and wall heating (optional)
Ventilation system
All windows with blinds, with additional net for darkening
Planned budget open
Photovoltaic system with approx. 15 kWp

Companies yes, but in cooperation with own work (construction time therefore approx. 3 years)

The two stairs do lead to the upper floor, but this will not be developed.
The stairs inside the house lead only to a small corridor. No further rooms.
The stairs in the garage lead to the technical room.

All paths / passages in the house have at least 1.20 m width.

I created the drawing myself, so do not take the measurements 100% literally.
The planner has to do it properly later.
Did not want to spend too much time learning the program.

Am I correct in assuming that only you and your mother will live in this house?

No.
My wife and I live in the house alone.

There should only be one place for my mother.
It could also say child.

What I forgot to mention.
It is important to us that as many rooms as possible are to the south.
Since there are only fields and forests here.

I would try to implement [Mutter/Kind/Whatever] as a separate area. For me, the parents' area is a retreat, the approach is still for the child, but certainly not intended for the mother. Of course, this also applies the other way around for the mother or child... ;) Where do the stairs lead? From left to right: parents' area, general area, child, garage. Something like that.

Welcome to the forum.

I do like unconventional layouts, but if you fold it out straight, you roughly get 33 m x 9 m floor area of the house: 300m² (garage, storage room, and hobby room within the thermal envelope)! Impressive.

Long walking distances required for a while now. Are you sure you want your dressing room in a hallway?

Out of curiosity: What is your hobby in the hobby room?

Well, at least it won’t be cheap.

Yes, I can already spot a few sins here. ;) Cats have their own garage and more square meters than the mother. :D

But seriously, a very special floor plan with very unique dimensions, which, in my opinion, have strange proportions. But that is a matter of personal taste. Others can surely say more about it. What strikes me:

- How often is the guest room mother used? Does one want to share dressing room and bathroom there?
- What kind of pipe-shaped dressing room is that?

- Why generally the boomerang shape? (Didn't we already have this some time ago, ?)
