I would place the house more like this, so the property can still be divided if the kids are interested later. Still a large north-facing garden.

many thanks for picking up the draft, Hanghaus2023! I know I owe the completed questionnaire and more feedback in general. Unfortunately, I am on a business trip without a private computer all week and very busy, but I will try to complete the questionnaire by the weekend.
We also have the notary appointment on 25.11 now, just as additional information, then the plot of land will be secured.
