Neighboring house with basement, was built stone by stone by neighbor and his relative with their own hands, no shell construction company involved. Building without a basement is certainly cheaper for us. We will ask for the floor plan of the neighboring house. Thanks again for the honest answer.
Get the information I mentioned earlier. Then one can give more precise advice. If you build, then best without a basement, possibly with a technical room in the attic, with an architect and stone by stone. But if it turns out financially to be a suicide mission and returning is more advisable, then I see no indication to wait for that. The cheaper the return conditions are, the more attractive a simpler plot becomes.Thank you very much for the answers. They made my question clearer. Immediate resale is currently not the best solution. Better to wait.
