I don't think the floor plan is bad. My thoughts,

- Treat yourself to a door from the bedroom/dressing room to the bathroom; the 1-2 tall cabinets won't make a big difference. That way, you'll stumble straight into the bathroom when you get up half asleep.
- The width of the study room is a matter of taste.
- The dining table will never be that close to the basement stairs. The width including chairs won't allow it. Pure discomfort.
- The shopping route into the kitchen would be fine with me personally. Honestly, we're talking about approx. 6m, that's not a big deal.
- The storage room upstairs with an estimated 60cm and a slight slope is pointless. Only a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies will fit there. If that's the intention, then okay.

Other than that, a successful second draft.

I don't think the floor plan is bad. But considering the very narrow plot, I would always use the full house depth for the living room / dining area at the garden. Dividing it with the already very narrow study is rubbish and, together with the dining area and kitchen, spoils the living feeling too much towards the exit. Even if there is sun, it creates a feeling of "living at the roadside".

But not if you consciously structure the narrowness of a house and live with it. Embracing the narrowness is a thousand times better than always trying to squeeze some standard in somewhere. I would rather orient myself on houseboats and caravan homes and highlight the special aspects. I’m saying, we already had a similar design with a rotated staircase that supported the narrowness.

I never see narrow houses as standard. It should remain narrow. But dividing the garden front, I consider a mistake.
We also have a house 8m wide. It was formerly used as an office building and the 8m were divided in the middle. When converting to living space, the first official act was to tear down the partition wall, and for good reason. Light from three sides should not be underestimated either.

Hi,
There will be space to the east in front of the house.
The house is set back accordingly.

Thank you for your feedback.

Regarding the shopping: Since parking is on the east side, the access to the utility room is there. For buying drinks, I don't have to go through the whole house.

The office will probably be removed and moved upstairs, so that the L extends along the entire west side.

The storage room is exactly for that purpose. Suitcases, vacuum cleaner.

Here are 2 interior shots of the staircase. I like it very much.
