Hi, do you really want to have the staircase like this in the living area? Matter of taste. For me, the living/dining/cooking area would be too open, also because of the noise levels. The door to the study in the living room ... here information about the personal situation is missing. Bathroom/utility room above the living room I find suboptimal. Why do you actually build a dressing room? Either because you don't have any closets or to not disturb your partner.....

I would spontaneously swap the kitchen with the living room... but I would probably change a lot more, and a complete redesign would then be more sensible...

The floor plan is the Gussek Haus myLine 150 I would first take a look at such an upper floor hallway without natural light in reality and feel how it affects you.

That is the most obvious and best preparation to recognize whether it fits.
