Massive house company sought in the Waiblingen/Rems-Murr district area

Hello, my construction project experienced significant delays of over a year due to the architect and the city, and now the originally chosen construction company has raised prices considerably even though the house has become smaller after a redesign. Therefore, I would now like to obtain comparative offers for the existing plan (which has already been approved). It is to be a solid house with 2.5 floors and a granny flat. KfW55 or better KfW40plus, as a photovoltaic system is mandatory for me. The construction method should do without additional external styrofoam insulation. Can anyone recommend a company to me? Some time ago, I inquired with many companies but in the end only a small fraction even responded, and from an even smaller portion, an offer eventually came. Can anyone recommend a company that builds in Waiblingen? Would be grateful for tips

It should largely be turnkey with the option to perform some work myself. For example, I might be able to do the floors or tiles myself. The rest should be taken care of by the company. So a general contractor or main contractor.

I thought you have an architect. Then it would be (only) a generalCONTRACTOR.

The architect only finished the building application, I don't want to build with him, that part was exhausting enough...
