Oh, are you still "not kissed," i.e., have you not found a suitable provider in any of the other threads mentioned here?

Yes, finding and building are probably two completely different things, I had a construction company but still have neither received a contract nor the KFW confirmation and cannot apply for a loan.. I requested the additional cost for KfW ONE year ago.... Nothing is moving forward and now I am considering alternatives. The construction company told me yesterday that he has taken so many orders now that he is actually fully booked and I am actually angry now because everything with the bank was already clear but I just did not receive the documents and therefore could not sign o_O:rolleyes:

So, you had actually already found something and were "ready to sign" (would you like to show for what at all?), and with KfW presumably (monolithic) 55 is meant. And now the contractor does not come up with spitting out the surcharge from the Energy Saving Ordinance to KfW55? - then I’m not surprised why he is eternally fully booked (not because he is that good, but because he takes so long). Be glad about that, he would probably be similarly slow in the further course.

No, I had the price for KfW55, but since the repayment subsidies were increased and I have to install photovoltaics, I wanted to go for KfW40+ because it would have been worthwhile with the granny flat.. I got the price at some point too, but then it was just back and forth and I still haven’t received the confirmation for the bank to this day... I want to build a two-family house or a house with a granny flat. Small footprint because larger is not allowed, basement, ground floor with the granny flat, upper floor and attic for me. I can gladly send you the plans if that would be interesting for you

Yes, gladly. I will take a look and see whom I would recommend to you for the implementation.
