If you enter Waiblingen or Rems / Murr or not too small neighboring towns in the forum search (or also possible candidates right away, if you already have some in mind and want to read assessments about them), you should be able to find something.
I already did that, unfortunately I didn't find anything suitable.
It should already be largely turnkey with the option to provide own services. For example, I might possibly do the floors or tiles myself. The rest should be handled by the company. So a general contractor or main contractor.
My concern is that I am looking for a company, I have already contacted many but most of them do not respond at all or even after weeks and months no offer is received... I have an offer that has now increased so much due to the mentioned delay (€100,000) that I would now like to obtain 1-2 comparison offers and am therefore still looking for companies that someone can recommend. I just don't feel like spending another half year calling after an offer that either doesn't come or is then much more expensive than the previously discussed budget. The other offers I had were already from before the delay and most of them I had already "sorted out" at that time.
