Massive house company sought in the Waiblingen/Rems-Murr district area

So I actually planned to build with WuM from Schornbach. I was actually satisfied with everything except the massive price increase after the delay seems a bit too high to me.
Currently, I have inquired again with BAUCO Massivhaus, Erhard Klopfer Bauunternehmen, and VIVA MASSIVHAUS for an offer.

I excluded:

[*]Schneider Bau (KfW55 only with bricks over 36.5cm)
[*]Schuckhardt Massiv-Haus (claims no one could install RC2 windows and that I should buy an alarm system..)
[*]Böpple Bau (Baumeister-Haus) (too expensive)
[*]Büttner Massivhaus (too expensive)
[*]Ehing Wohnbau GmbH (no offer)
[*]FERMO (too expensive)
[*]GENO Wohnbaugenossenschaft (consultant had no clue)
[*]GM-Massivhaus
[*]Haus der Handwerker (contracts with every single craftsman and therefore you might as well do individual contracting)
[*]Hebel Haus (MHS Massivhaus-Süd) (various consultants who were either sick or told me strange things about the others and all claimed to be the boss!?)
[*]Helma (does not build in WN)
[*]Holicki (made an offer but then were overloaded and didn’t want/couldn’t continue)
[*]Kastell Massivhaus (never did the planning after the first meeting)
[*]Keilhofer (too expensive)
[*]Krämer (too expensive)
[*]Ludwig-Immobilien (too expensive)
[*]Müller Plan Bau (do not build in WN)
[*]öko-domo (does no longer exist and I was supposed to sign a contract already at the first appointment without any planning, without construction description, without anything)

[*]Pfeil Bauunternehmung (too expensive)
[*]Opta Massivhaus (Pfeiffer GmbH) (after the first two meetings no further documents came)
[*]Primus Massivhaus (no longer exists)
[*]Räuchle GmbH (no offer)
[*]RM Massivhaus
[*]Speidel GmbH
[*]Staufen-Massivhaus (too expensive and cannot lower the ground floor further due to higher knee wall)
[*]Trendplan Haus (too expensive and no longer exists)
[*]U-Haus Nürtingen (do not build in WN)
[*]Weberhaus (wanted to make a planning contract after the first talks but never sent the documents and the planning contract was quite expensive at 12-15,000 €)
[*]Wochner Massivhaus (too expensive)

Those from whom I didn’t get any reaction at all are not listed here...
So as you can see, I was always making an effort but many never sent an offer and for others it was much more expensive than discussed in the meetings where one still thought the budget was totally fine.

Have you ever inquired at Projektbau Steinbrenner from SHA or Schaal from Rudersberg?

Otherwise, there are really quite a few that I would have recommended to you now, but all of them are too expensive for you...

Sure, why not. They also have some references with normal gable roofs

So if I look at the houses from Werthaus, it seems to be top drawer when it comes to quality and equipment. And when I then read which companies are out of the question because of the price, I strongly doubt that Werthaus could be suitable.
