Hello 11ant, since this thread is not specifically about Viva, I wanted to avoid a detailed explanation here and only give the hint that one should inform oneself well about this company beforehand. Those who do so will also find the answers.

We definitely had or still have many problems. Both during the construction and even now with defects that are not being remedied. Although these were confirmed in writing by their lawyer. If there is a greater general interest, I am happy to open a separate thread on this.
