30,000 for 6x9, with a gate and side entrance. Built with masonry and facing bricks. Well, that was a year ago. Maybe you can realize a 20° roof that looks like a flat roof on the outside by means of a correspondingly high parapet.

Once more for understanding regarding a roof with tiles: Boundary construction means the garage is continuously below or exactly 3m high at 3m, or is it sufficient to end at the boundary line at 3m height?

I interpret the Nds. Building Code to mean that no part of the garage may be higher than 3m. It explicitly states "building ... with a height of up to 3 m" in it.

Too bad, then a tiled roof with 20° in a boundary development is indeed only suitable for Ferrari & co. What makes the greenery so expensive and what grows there? Does ground elder also count as greenery?

What can generally be expected from garages in timber frame construction? Where are the disadvantages compared to concrete or masonry? Is the wooden garage a cost-effective alternative?
