I have now spoken with Hansebeton. If I want a double garage with a shed, 3 single garages measuring 3x6m each are placed next to each other. A simple strip foundation is no longer possible at this size and a crane is necessary. Does anyone have experience with these 3-part garages? How are the transitions between the individual elements? How large are the internally protruding wall elements and do they get in the way?

I can highly recommend that you take a look at a reference garage with these characteristics from the same manufacturer in the region. There you will get the best impression of the features and the scope of services.

As soon as you position the components sideways, you need a crane.

We ordered 6m wide and 8m deep in four parts without a crane. However, with recesses and door openings in between, not as one large room.

We are currently planning to either have a boundary garage built in Berlin measuring approximately 9 x 6 meters or to install a prefabricated garage. Delivery by crane will probably be difficult because the street is unpaved and only 5.30 meters wide. In addition, there are power cables hanging over the street, which impose a height restriction. Can someone give me a tip regarding the provider? We would still need to lay a foundation (either a concrete slab) or strip foundation? Many thanks in advance for tips and suggestions.

We have decided on a metal prefabricated garage. Here we only need about 10 pad foundations and it is also relatively easy to assemble without a crane. The provider "Die Carport und Garagen Profis" unfortunately only sells the garages in our area, but I think there will be similar providers in Berlin. This would be suitable for properties with limited access...

And the garage then has no floor?

Concrete prefabricated garage --> strip foundations according to the manufacturer's plan Masonry garage --> floor slab and possibly (strip) foundations according to structural engineering

In any case, you can only establish the foundation once you know which garage it will be.

I suspect that it will be paved directly into the garage.
