The first useful answer thanks!

Should become L-shaped, due to planned garden design! I thought flat roof was the cheapest, but I also find gable roof okay.. I am also fine with heating as long as it’s cheaper.. The glass front should stay though, single patio doors are too little for me (open living). Thanks for your answer, I will take a look at that Land is almost available.

Regards

It will definitely be a 10-page long thread. And even if everyone stands on their head.. in the end, it remains the hard facts: Your wishes with your budget are and remain wishful thinking.. in this sense: Good night

as you wish.. at least I know firsthand that my neighbor set up his bungalow including basement with garage door, beautiful staircase, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, gable roof, but still without exterior plaster for 150.
About 90% own work, since the whole family works in construction professionally.. the plot was available, as with me.. so much for what is possible^^
Good night!

Why are you picking on the new user again? Always the same thing. Recently, someone also talked about their renovation with little money and everyone was surprised. Much more is definitely possible for less money than you think. Do you really think the craftsman is only paid based on his hourly wage? It's more of a mixed calculation with the overpriced building materials.

...Probably because one expects that someone who has any claim, whether low or high, has at least dealt with some costs.

When I see this photo, I know that I can’t afford it.
I knew that even before the construction period of my modest single-family house.

In this respect, it is pointless to chat with someone who doesn’t know what they are talking about at all.

Nevertheless, I have to say that in this short time I have already read about some extras that cause costs for some people, which you first have to earn -> L-shape, underfloor heating, flat roof.
... all of which cost more than cheap standard.

If I have an ideology, then I absorb everything the library and – yes, also the WWW – have to offer me. Then I go on the offensive… with numbers, facts, and real situations or events.

Is it different for you?

This is just my interpretation of the course of this thread

Have you ever heard of the Energy Saving Ordinance?

The latter. Definitely.

Your house dreams go in the direction of Glass House / Farnsworth House / Barcelona Pavilion. Beautiful, but unfortunately completely incompatible with "low budget".

No walls are the most expensive walls, not only in terms of statics. Besides supports, you would also need beams to carry the ceilings. Windows "instead of" walls are the opposite of economical building. In addition, your dream house would have astronomical heating costs – I don't know what the regulations are like in AT, but in DE it might already not comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance (which is relevant for the building permit).

So you have 70 sqm now. If you want to keep that, you have to add about 90 sqm for the utility room and basement replacement room. Almost 110 sqm foundation slab then, walls also need area, statically you won't quite be able to implement minimalism. You will find some offers there, but rather not for architecture connoisseurs.

You probably mean saar2and – yes, that reads well (but it’s also really an achievement if you want to replicate it).
