a few thoughts on the placement of the spots at your place that we had on our side:

In the kitchen, we moved the spots more towards the countertop so that your own head does not cast a shadow on the work surface while working.
In the kitchen, you could align the upper spots by the wall cabinets with the other spots in the rest of the room for the sake of symmetry in case it ever becomes noticeable.

In the living room, the spots are directly above the seating area, so your own body could again cast a shadow when leaning forward to the living room table.

For recessed spotlights (you chose surface-mounted spotlights), there are no > 5w, dimmable in warm white. And with a beam angle of 110°, according to the calculator, that results in a lux of 22. There are still 60 lux on the countertop. Of course, there is overlap with other spotlights, but with only three other spotlights in the vicinity, you only get a maximum of 200 lux. I would say that sounds unusable. If I stay at a 36° beam angle, the light stays where I want it to be.

Ok, a compromise with the provider you mentioned would be 420 lumens at 60°. This results in approximately 450 lux on the worktop and 150 on the floor in overlapping areas.

At 36°, you would reach 600 lux, which would be too much and too focused.

So at 60°, a correspondingly stronger light source is needed. At 36°, less is also possible.
At 60°, the rest of the room also receives some light.

At 110 - 120°, I suspect the spots would need to be more than 7W or one would have to be installed every half meter.
