The garage is now 10 meters long, and the rear part is used as storage. Therefore, we wanted a lot of light. Also good for ventilation, you don't always have to open the gate.

after a long wait, work finally started today. The foundation was just poured but without reinforcement. Is that correct, or was the wrong cost-saving measure taken here? The garage is about 3m wide and 10m long.

The following is stated in the offer or order:

Execution with an 18cm thick, doubly reinforced base slab (plus 5cm leveling layer for embedding the door rail) on site-prepared subgrade (approximately 30cm thick capillary-breaking material). Surface flatness according to the provisions of DIN 18202, sheet 3.

On Monday, the garage was delivered and the driver still had another customer to serve or deliver to. There were three steel mats on board with this delivery. The garage is smaller than ours. We, however, did not receive any steel mats.

Do I now have to worry that the floor will eventually crack and the garage will be ruined? This morning the garage or the shell is supposed to be completed. The base slab then had less than a day to harden, also very questionable or sufficient?

It's clear. Reinforced concrete slab. I don't see anything, at least in the photos.
