A house 12*8m is already buildable. But I would never want to build there.

Sorry, I already drew that last night. It's settled. What is the reason now? Or was it simply rejected by the municipal council? Is the plot within the inner area? Take a look at the land use plan. If it is in the outer area, then I see no chance here.

Are the two plots of land already combined? I can only recommend that you take the questions from seriously. No one can help you better here.

It is still in the outer area, hence the application for development. This was only a rough outline from the municipality. This would be the area that can be built on. In principle, the house is supposed to be built identical to the neighbor’s. A small bungalow.

Building in the outer area requires infrastructure. In my opinion, that is not available if you have not merged the properties. So, it is not approvable. You say the narrow property has infrastructure access?
