so they should still provide you with a written justification. But apart from that, there is a 20 kV overhead line drawn directly over the building plot? That simply can't be. Regardless of whether you want to live under such a line: the 20 kV masts are relatively small, only about 10-14 meters high. No house fits under that!

So if that is not a mistake in the plan, I can well understand the rejection. But that wouldn't have taken 3 years, 3 minutes would have been enough.

Directly below the property, in the same alignment, there is already a house. Here marked in black with 13a.

A house 12*8m is already buildable. But I would never want to build there.

It is still in the outer area, hence the application for development. This was only a rough outline from the municipality. This would be the area that can be built on. In principle, the house is supposed to be built identical to the neighbor’s. A small bungalow.

Building in the outer area requires infrastructure. In my opinion, that is not available if you have not merged the properties. So, it is not approvable. You say the narrow property has infrastructure access?
