No, I expect from a forum that someone can give me tips or advice on whether there are still chances here or not. Listing to me all the time what went wrong may make me wiser at most but does not really help me with my concern. I also wouldn’t know why others here accuse me now that I have to work on my interpersonal skills and that the fronts toward the neighbor hardening would be partly my fault. I have never and in no way insulted, threatened, or anything else to the neighbor. On his side, since the very first encounter, not even a hello came. So far, I have always tolerated that he uses my property. I am the only one being attacked by the neighbor—definitely without cause!—as I have never shot at him in any way. Also, I don’t understand why it is assumed that the application was rejected because of the trouble with the neighbor. That is no reason and what am I supposed to do when the neighbor stands in front of me with a raised shovel when I want to talk to him? I don’t understand why I am blamed here for the dispute. If you all knew the nice gentleman, you would know that the problem definitely lies with him.Are you expecting to be given the name of a specialist lawyer here so that you can sue the European Court of Justice to exclude people from the municipal council who are in the choir or shooting club with your neighbor? - the municipal code only provides for non-participation of council members in consultations and votes if it concerns properties owned by themselves or related by marriage. Something went wrong here, but it is by no means due to your amateurism in administrative procedures. Here, - which very rarely arises on just one side - fronts have hardened. This is only resolvable on the relationship level, legally at best through mediation. Such a mediator would, however, have to be sought jointly by the disputing parties (and the arbitrator is not that; he is practically a "single judge for small matters").
