No, I expect from a forum that someone can give me tips or advice on whether there are still chances here or not. Listing to me all the time what went wrong may make me wiser at most but does not really help me with my concern. I also wouldn’t know why others here accuse me now that I have to work on my interpersonal skills and that the fronts toward the neighbor hardening would be partly my fault. I have never and in no way insulted, threatened, or anything else to the neighbor. On his side, since the very first encounter, not even a hello came. So far, I have always tolerated that he uses my property. I am the only one being attacked by the neighbor—definitely without cause!—as I have never shot at him in any way. Also, I don’t understand why it is assumed that the application was rejected because of the trouble with the neighbor. That is no reason and what am I supposed to do when the neighbor stands in front of me with a raised shovel when I want to talk to him? I don’t understand why I am blamed here for the dispute. If you all knew the nice gentleman, you would know that the problem definitely lies with him.

But if you don’t know who to turn to here and trust the administration, then you don’t seek other advice. As far as I could see, it’s not stated anywhere on the internet! But it’s nice that I at least now have an answer as to who I could have turned to. By the way, three specialized lawyers did nothing except wait. I just didn’t want to be that smart and protect myself there. Fell flat on my face again!

Well, that's very naive. You want to build? Why not ask an architect? If necessary, they would have also told you who your appropriate contact person is.

You want to put a house right in front of him—in an area that was not previously included in the development plan. THAT is a declaration of war, no matter how friendly you are. And if the neighbor is well connected in town, then you know why the municipal council decided as they did. You can only try to tackle the whole matter through a specialist lawyer for construction law. With a clear mandate. Don’t just wait around. An initial consultation does not cost a fortune, and then you will know more. Since you have already sunk 20,000 into the project, a lawyer shouldn’t make much difference financially. They can also demand a written explanation if it has not yet been provided. A written request must always be answered in writing.

I would not have expected that. A very good idea. As 17a, I would even consider it under the condition that the current exterior area is never developed.

I’m also wondering how long that narrow piece is – 40 m? The costs for the connections up to the house are then also hefty.
