Did you plan the cabinets with or without rails? These each add 1cm.

A dimensioned floor plan would be very helpful. :)

The plan is actually to use rails, since it is unknown what heavy equipment might be stored in the cabinets in the distant future.

What do the rails have to do with heavy equipment? Otherwise, you would still screw the corpus into the wall without them.

Am I correct in understanding that it is just under 251cm? Which fronts and handles?

You can mount the base cabinets without and the wall cabinets with a rail. You can shorten the fitting piece on the corner cabinet.

I think that the base cabinets definitely need to be secured somehow so that they do not become unbalanced when the drawers are fully extended, and it seems easiest to do this with the rails. However, it is worth considering not mounting the rails on the base cabinets and then screwing them on directly.
