KfW - Construction supervision / verification / acceptance

I will definitely not use the chimney sweep. For the latter, the expert, I would pay about €2500 with 6 visual inspections.

That sounds realistic.

What is the name of the company or the expert or companion you have with you then? Energy consultant / expert?

you can also ask the construction company. they often work together (unofficially) and may have better prices. we were directly given an offer from an expert for the kfw acceptance by the construction company. we also decided on them right away and the matter was settled for us.

That is not necessarily an advantage if the two know each other well.....

Does anyone know exactly how the funding works with construction support?

If you then look at the new kfw/153 brochures, the following paragraph can be found here:

"Additional funding for the services of the expert

For the energetic specialist planning and construction supervision of your project by an external and independent expert, KfW grants an additional subsidy in the program 'Energy-efficient Building and Renovation – Construction Supervision' (program number 431).

With a funding commitment in program 153, you are entitled to funding for construction supervision, provided the funding conditions in program 431 are met. The subsidy must be applied for separately after the completion of the project."

Does this mean that from April 2016 onwards, a subsidy for the expert can be applied for at KfW?
