Okay ... THEN I wouldn't be so sure at the moment. From personal experience, I can say that - especially with ING - the first information does not necessarily have to be correct. Basically, the advisor first tells you that everything is "no problem," but when it is then submitted, you get the rejection. I have now experienced this several times myself and among acquaintances.
