You pay 88% before the interior work.
There used to be good threads about this. Unfortunately, the search function really seems to be out of order
?
I don't know exactly anymore where the limit at 50% lies. At the closed shell construction?!
8% upfront is also too much.
For the house price, 3-4 would be appropriate.
P.S. Why purchase contract?
Purchase contract is a mistake here, thank you.
The first installment is actually 3 instead of 8, due to the security retention.
I don't see that we pay 88 percent before the interior work.
For example, installment 6, as stated, relates to the completion of the interior plaster.
This also means that pipes and cables must already be inside the walls.
Installment 7, screed, effectively also includes the installation of the underfloor heating and controlled residential ventilation pipes.
Here it certainly makes sense to also specify the installation of the boiler and the controlled residential ventilation.
