Then that would be plus the loan for the land over 500k? That could delay the matter.

Thanks for the hint. I will then sit down with the general contractor over the next few weeks and try to calculate the costs as accurately as possible.

That is always a good idea. Too little loan is not good, but too much does not necessarily help either. A perfect landing is the optimum.

Update: things seem to have eased somewhat at ING. The current processing time for large loans is 11 business days. However, this can of course change at any time depending on the workload.

We were told that at the time as well. In the end, it turned out to be four weeks after all. It was definitely bad luck.

To get back to the original topic: How did your GUs actually react when you addressed them about the "front-loaded" payment plans and, if applicable, demanded the 10% final payment or similar? We are currently facing a similar problem:
