Thank you very much for the information. I need to ask more precisely now, so what exactly has been done well? I can't make anything out of the pictures either.

So someone was here today who looked at it, he says the coatings are only bitumen paint, not bitumen membrane. That means it would be better to lay that down...

So I’m not really familiar with aerated concrete. It’s uncommon in our region. If it were Poroton bricks, I wouldn’t add anything more on top. But aerated concrete is obviously rubbish when it gets wet. Maybe someone with more experience with aerated concrete should comment.

Sure, if you go to Mercedes after having driven a VW, the salesperson says "a Benz is definitely better." The next stop then with the Benz at Bentley. What do you think he would say? Of course, many things are better. If someone says your house can be improved, would you then sell it? Bitumen coating or rather KMB is good and works. But you haven’t commented on the window sealing yet. I find that much more important than the question of coating or membrane. What did your expert say, the one who accompanied the construction for you?

Hello and many thanks for the answer. So, the expert will respond only tomorrow, since no answer yet. I can’t say anything about the window because I’m out of my depth; I thought it was correct as it is. I don’t have any plans there, what needs to be done? If you notice something I’m overlooking, e.g. why it is more important, then please share the info. Sure, Mercedes is better than VW etc., but I don’t want to break down if the car leaks because I didn’t seal the windows and moisture gets in, it doesn’t matter which car, the windows need to be tight. That means, if my house is that tight, that’s fine, but if something MUST be done, I don’t want to save in the wrong place. Do I have to do anything with the Poron concrete? Honestly, after the construction I have no nerves left, I don’t even remember and have forgotten a lot. So, question to you: Please give some TIPS on what I need to consider and what you think must be done. In which order...

You can't see anything. That's why the thoughts. KMB sealing is okay. Then only the door remains. 1. Ask the expert (what did he do during construction?) 2. Check if the door was properly sealed (also part of point 1.) 3. Dimpled membrane in front of the wall. 4. Refill and create the garden
