Is the cost breakdown for a single-family house plausible?

has already mentioned the rainwater. What happens to it? Does a cistern, infiltration system, or similar need to be installed? Painting + flooring seem clearly too little to me. I assume you are doing that yourselves? What kind of flooring is planned? Of course, we cannot assess furniture since we do not know what is going to be purchased.

Why is the plot so extremely expensive?

You will have a hard time maintaining the kitchen at 7000. With a display kitchen and compromises, it is theoretically possible.

Kitchen 7 is doable. Don’t get confused. Even 5 is possible! q.e.d. Earthworks means you have to provide the foundation. That costs around 15 here at [Bagger Timm]. Ask a civil engineer about that. Everything else is fine. Karsten

To the 15k you still have to add the connection of the gutters plus possibly the cistern. Also the connection to the sewage system. And possibly the removal and disposal of the excavated material. Then I am at a total of over 20,000.

I planned my dream kitchen at Ikea for about 5000. That's more than enough. It's like in life; you can spend 3000 or 30,000 and depending on your expectations, you can still be happy with it.

I can't say much about the rest since we didn't build new.

Painting and flooring are estimated too low. What does demolition work mean? Does something need to be disposed of there as well? Construction debris also costs...
