Is the construction project feasible? Is our budget sufficient for it?

Hi,
I am new here.
Regarding the topic, my wife and I plan to build our single-family house within the next 1.5 years.
We have a plot of land that is supposed to be designated as a building area next year. It is currently almost finalized. The plot slopes slightly, and a basement is required. Development costs will, of course, be incurred accordingly.
We plan a house with approximately 160-175 m2 if it fits into the budget.
We set a budget of about €430,000 for the house, development and ancillary construction costs, kitchen, garden, carport ([fertiggarage]) as mentioned, the plot is available.

As personal contribution, we can carry out interior doors, flooring work, windows and front door as well as roller shutters and blinds since these will be purchased from the company at cost price and installed.

In your opinion, is this feasible? Is our budget sufficient?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

With very basic equipment it would work. With upscale [Ausstattung] not. Then about 50,000 to 100,000 are missing.

Depending on the federal state.

Should the €430,000 also cover the plot of land with all the additional purchase costs?

140 sqm x €2000 = €280,000
Basement €60,000
Incidental construction costs €50,000
Outdoor facilities €25,000
Kitchen, furniture and lighting €20,000
Carport €5,000-10,000

It can work well or better if you leave out the basement and plan on two levels.

Good evening,

The property already belongs to us but still needs to be developed.
Windows, front door, roller shutters, blinds will be carried out in-house as these tasks are performed by our own company, and are therefore purchased under dealer conditions.

Well, that’s on top of that. Do you already know how much that will be?

In-house work or services also cost material.
Are you then building with an architect? The main thing is that the Energy Saving Ordinance is ensured, but you don’t really save much through the “own company,” after all, this company doesn’t work for free if warranty is to be guaranteed.

Could be tight.

Have you already checked the financing? How long has the self-employment been established?
