unfortunately you read that wrong, in the 45,000 there are 21,000 for insulation included, so it doesn’t cost 45,000 without insulation either ;-) WDVS is only used with KS.

For ours, a validity date was usually given. A reservation never, though I wouldn’t have agreed to that either.

The roofer, shell builder, and plumbing company also come directly from our village, which might bring a little something extra because travel costs are eliminated and people know each other (which may not amount to thousands of euros but certainly something)

Don't say that. Those from the village quoted prices that would have used up everything after the garage.

We are currently around €500,000 including buffer and landscaping, but have also planned high-quality fittings (high-quality windows, central ventilation system, very large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living basement with hobby room, ...)
