I came across the plot through Eilenburg itself (city administration).
Here I had myself put on the reservation list (through the project developer). These are still being developed.
Then I was offered a plot (30 are being created) by Massa Haus and Kern-Haus, of course with the intention of getting me to buy a house.
After that, I contacted the land developer. He found that scandalous and thanked me. With the note that I will definitely get a plot.
A month later, I have now learned that Massiv Haus Sachsen is also advertising with these plots. I was told that only Kern-Haus and exactly these are allowed to build there. That is what the project developer wants.
So I called him again, he hemmed and hawed, but in the end gave to understand that actually only Kern-Haus and Massiv Haus are supposed to build there. But I shouldn’t worry and should continue planning with the Bauprofis.
In the meantime, I had contact with Massiv Haus and now I am where I am.
The boss of the Bauprofis can’t help me here either. He told me they definitely have a deal with some commissions... of course I pay that in the end, certainly included in the house price.
That is simply a realistic calculation. That’s what you wanted!
If you insist on DG, just replace the 10,000 with 25,000. That’s how it’s to be understood.
As already said: that is neither obvious nor comprehensible.
From whom? Town & Country? Do you have that in writing?
Yes, I have that in writing... it is stated in the contract or the cost breakdown.
What does that have to do with Town & Country?
We are talking about “Bauprofis” from Beucha and “Massiv Haus Sachsen GmbH”.
No idea why that can’t be read.
Company A is building me a house for €230,000, including the construction costs. The house itself costs €65,000 for the shell, €20,000 for the roof, €17,000 for the windows, etc.
I said, a very transparent calculation. Very fair and clear. Exactly that is also confirmed by the internet and experience reports from acquaintances.
On top of these €230,000, there is the garage, aluminum shutters, whatever... resulting in €280,000. Here I still have plenty of budget leeway for electrical, garden, sanitary, and everything else you want.
Why? Because the plot costs €90,000-110,000. That still leaves me about €100,000 free according to my calculation.
Company 2 charges more... I already wrote... for the same size the house costs €255,000, plus garage, the separately indicated construction costs, the already planned extras... in the end, €330,000. So €50,000 higher expenses. Quite simply, because surely many more people are holding out their hands here.
