Is new construction possible without solar and without a heat pump?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you how the numbers were calculated because I don't know either. The energy consultant of the builder calculated it, and then our bank submitted the KFW application. Therefore, our values probably wouldn't help you at all. By the way, the KFW application is also available online, and there is also an example for the online confirmation.

Oh, I almost forgot: The parapet height is 1.20 m (1.37 m raw dimension) and the dimensions of the sliding window are 2.76 m x 0.885 m
