Is building at a young age possible/sensible?

A company car costs about €250/net per month at first. That would be about €450 more gross and at the same time the car = €0 more. Then you are talking about €3,400 = car + over €1,200/gross more. Not quite realistic. But with a company car under the 1% rule you save net because you don’t have to maintain a car yourself. I still set something aside every month. Maybe I’ll change companies sometime and then need one again?

The construction you desire is financed here by people with a net income of €5000 and above who also bring substantial equity.

At the moment, this is not affordable for you.

With your basic data, it is initially NOT sensible to build the desired home right now (financial background does not fit).

What probably fits well is to start initially with a (used) condominium. Alternatively, a small terraced house à la Deutsche Reihenhaus or Traumhaus. There you start with an (almost) finished house costing T€ 250 (depending on location and equipment wishes) – but then only 85 sqm living space and a small plot part. I find that appropriate for your age and financial situation.

And then it is your own home...

why a house at that age? That's unaffordable. I would also recommend starting smaller, for example with a condo with 4 rooms. That works well even with a child and costs about as much as half a house.

With the low income and very cheap plots of land, it is definitely possible to take on a new house or an existing property, but only if you have completed family planning. What will you do during parental leave, is there even a full-time daycare in such a village so that both of you can work?

So: complete family planning, save a lot of equity until then, and then reassess the income and expense situation.

Don't make yourselves unhappy by becoming inflexible so early.
Your salaries are still really very low, but you are also still very young! As MFA, unfortunately, there won't be much change in the short to medium term, but since you want to have children anyway...
For you, as an IT specialist, there should still be something possible, as you already wrote. The question is whether a significant improvement is possible at your location (rural area).
I would also take the intermediate step of an [ETW], or just continue renting for now. Renting is not as bad as people often say. The rents should be very cheap for you too, if the land prices are so low.
