But why actually? I am also a Flair builder... even one of the bigger Flairs... it is indeed the case that few "of my kind" speak up here, but I actually don't see a reason for that

The Flair customers buy a catalog house, choose between 3 floor plan variants and 5 tiles, done. Either the budget doesn't allow for more (not meant negatively) or they don't want to deal with it (which sockets should I decide on, I build move-in ready)

Well, on the one hand that's not really true (I guess you wanted to exaggerate a bit) and on the other hand I still don't see what would then prevent someone from being active in a forum

It is not meant personally. There is a reason why [Flair] is sold so often. The approach to the matter of building a house is simply different.

Often without individual demands.
This is not meant as a judgment, but many do not care about individuality or meticulous use of every single centimeter.
Many think: this is sold this way, many people buy it, so it will suit us too.
There are "difficult" people and there are "simple" people. Also completely without judgment. For example, I am a difficult one, question many things, want to do everything differently. The "simpler" people are probably happier.

I don’t take it personally either, nor do I see it as an insult. For us, it was that we were not committed to either prefab construction or solid construction, and the floor plan of "our" Flair suited our wishes very well and we wanted a townhouse anyway, etc. And the base price led us to believe that even after various changes (type of heating, etc.) we would still stay within budget... which has been confirmed. I think the "not having to worry about anything" is more of a distinction between general contractor (GC) and not general contractor (GC).
