No, already 30k... maybe even 35k... but I also lived normally on the side. Until I was 22, I was an apprentice... you usually save double digits per month then. I would find 30... 35k in your mid-20s very much. I don’t know anyone who has managed that. Certainly not students. That’s just how it is.

Well, what did I expect?! Somehow also normal earners and not just people who earn over 8k gross per month... yes, I am in a house building forum, but isn't everyone differently minded here? The often cited standard of 2000€/sqm doesn't even apply to most people. But what really is standard?! The high earner naturally has a higher standard, which he is also entitled to. The average person or someone who earns a bit more might be satisfied with simpler things. One thing that is really great here is the experience that the catalogue price is never the final price! Furthermore, the regional differences are so extreme... even companies in one town differ in their offers by 30%...

... statistically, very few also die at the age of the average life expectancy ...

The 2000€/sqm is just a calculation figure. The actual costs can be above or below that. On average, however, they fit quite well. No one benefits if you calculate with the lower range. Currently, in my opinion, the trend is moving towards 2000€/sqm becoming more and more of a lower limit (of course, also depending on the region, etc.) if someone starts planning now (and thus construction probably begins only in 2020).

And if afterwards 1800 instead of 2000 comes out and then 30,000 EUR remain... so what? Better than having to refinance 30,000 EUR... I currently see that risk as greater.

I completely agree with you and have also planned a buffer of 50k for us. The statement was not meant as criticism. I just meant that standard is not equal to standard I want a central controlled residential ventilation system, blinds, and plaster in Q4 on the walls. For me, that is standard. The other person doesn't even want roller shutters, let alone a controlled residential ventilation system...

You can argue about that now, but it leads very far off topic...

Being a management consultant does not necessarily mean you need a double-axle trailer for your wallet
And of course, the Flair builders are less likely to hang around in such a forum than the Maxime or even Jette builders (who are also not "among themselves" here).
