So far, the infrared heaters have been viewed so negatively here - I would like to add my opinion on that:
I lived for a while in an apartment with a heater and thought it was great. It's a feeling like stepping out of an outdoor pool in the sunshine while wet. It got to the point where I hardly turned on the bathroom heating (at least not heated above normal room temperature).
I understand that not everyone finds that pleasant (I'm not so sensitive - everything between 16 and 20 degrees in the apartment is comfortable for me). But it's only about some additional warmth. The bathroom already has a base heat of 22 to 24 degrees. At least the underfloor heating should achieve that, otherwise something is wrong. But turning on the unit to dry off after the shower feels good and doesn't cost the world, since the thing heats up immediately and therefore only runs for five minutes.
However, the installation should maybe not be on the ceiling but rather on a wall/ceiling corner, so that not only the fur and shoulders get hot!
